*Note West has 10 teams and East has 8 for balanced schedule. The 9 seed from the West will play the 8 seed from the East in a playin game, while the 10 seed from the West will play the 8 seed from the West in a playin game to give us brackets of 8.

Brackets will then cross play.   IE East 1 plays West 8, West 2 plays East 7 and so on.
